Problem Statement There are several spherical balloons spread on a 2D plane. For each balloon, you are given its horizontal diameter represented as: points[i] = [xstart, xend] where: xstart is the starting x-coordinate. xend is the ending x-coordinate. An arrow can be shot vertically at any x-coordinate. A balloon is burst if: xstart <= arrow_position <= xend One arrow can burst multiple balloons if their intervals overlap.
